LMAO. I do admit, this trailer could have been better. Not only that, but the materials look a little low-res. I hope this is not a result of the game having to be dumbed-down to fit the BS3's limited 256 video ram versus the 360's 512 available ram. Granted, this type of game requires a lot of main system ram, but even Saint's Row looked better. Maybe it's just this trailer...

The graphics pretty much look like i thought they would, it looks like a nextgen gta. But I`m still pretty disappointed by the footage shown, I mean they made such a big deal about it and all we see is some standart nextgen graphics, and no gameplay innovation at all. I was hoping to see some new ideas or anything that could give you a feel where this game is heading. Rockstar, if you want to hype me for your game, show me something interesting and not only some "pretty" pictures.

I hate GTA games...seems boring to me.

I feel like this generation we're being scammed with a lot of games now to believe something that they aren't
If this video showed our main character moving around these environments I would be a lot more impressed, but theres no way to gauge what this game is truely like otherwise

I dislike GTA games as well actually, I think they exploit a cheap form of entertainment
Perhaps it's just being an older individual who remembers playing games because they were fun without being over the top violent and extremely sexual
It is probably more appealing to the generation after me

I never liked them either, but this one looks good to me. My taste in games has changed since i got my 360, i own and am interested in a lot more western games than i once was.

Well, it got my attention. Being a completeting non-gta fan and pretty much hating the whole premise of the previous games, to me thats something.

And didn't you people see the LIGHTING? I thought the lighting looked really nice.

I'm interested, if they show some innovation game-play wise, and some very high density of actual environment and not just empty buildings;, like i heard the last gta was, I might consider buying it.

Unless of course, Mass Effect still has me interested by the time GTA IV releases, which it probably will.

It does look nice, but it's only on par with Saints Row. Lighting and realtime shadows were the main innovation in that game and GTA IV doesn't seem to look better. And the textures in the trailer don't look as good as in Crackdown. So GTA's graphics are good, but nothing to be excited about. However GTA has the better gameplay.

Looks good for a rockstar game. Hopefully it will actually be fun unlike the other GTA games =/

Yes it does. It looks awesome for GTA, and I'm sure that in other areas (design, art direction, story, missions, humor, etc) it will blow Saints Row away.

Let me guess, you'd rather play Dark Sector, right? Are you sure you don't work for those guys? GTA is one of the biggest names in all of gaming, and for good reason. GTA4 is going to be groundbreaking, for adults who can buy it.

Agreed. I hated Saints Row so much for so many reasons. It's a nice example of gfx not being everything...

i think your talking about crackdown. cause the other gta's werent cartoony besides the ones back in the late 90s
