It's a been a long time since we had some new Project Offset info, but a small teasing site appeared out of nowhere, and seems to offer new stuff for every 1000 unique visitors. A pretty nice idea, and it already gave us this nice new image.
Update: And a second image already!
Update2: Third image!
Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (> 3 Months ago)

Commented on 2007-04-21 13:25:07We are missing stuff like in engine motion blur and the lighting/shadowing doesn't look quite as good as the previous. The shaders are less impressive and textures seem to be of a lower resolution. I have noticed a bunch of things are noticably more impressive in the second shot so I am thinking that might be doing something where they release more impressive shots as more time goes by.
And some chuckle head talks about the blur in the first shot YES I have noticed it but it is not the same thing. What you see in that shot is plain old depth of field which alot of games use these days. Also, before someone points out that motion blur is used in alot of games, I will point out what I am talking about is in a whole other class entirely.
Unlike the motion blur used in most games, this dof was done as part of the rendering process and not post process. It was genuinely realtime and and applied through the scene. Furthermore, it was always on. This is part of what gave the game its CG-ish look.
Once, again I don't believe these screens represent the final state of the game but even if they do it still looks great. So long as the game is good, I'm good.

Commented on 2007-04-22 13:38:36It is suppose to be the FIRST Fantasy First-Person "action" game...not like Oblvion, thank god.
Myro the reason why the Playsyde doesn't have it is because it is only coming for PC and xbox 360...for now :S...
But yeah cool looking game, and I can't wait until we see more images of it, they have been quite silenced these around 2 years or so.
I hope we can like choose and create our class and appearence and get to go into the action and have RPG elements to it.
