Looks pretty nice....burnout 3 was awesome, but i really didn't like the latest one...the way you were able to smack into the back of the the traffic going your way....its cool at first but it really took the pressure off. I hope they change it back. Has anybody heard about whether or not they will allow you to hit traffic and it to not result in a crash or not?

i'm really happy that xbox 360 gets it's own burnout.
First i thought it was going to be a port from burnout dominator for ps2.
by the way: i hope it will be more like burnout 3, because burnout revenge was really bad compared to burnout 3!!!

tell me about it, but it is a teaser i guess. from what we've seen it doesnt look too different from revenge on the 360 and that was just a HD version of the xbox original. so that isnt a great sign. im sure it'll be a blast though. i hope they have removed traffic checking from this new one, cos its what destroyed the game for me in revenge. back to basics, like burnout 2 or even 3.

Agreed. Graphically, it is a Xbox game with nice shadowing. I am not sure if this is the fault of the artists or the open world design. I dont know about anyone else, but I am sick of bloom lighting!!!!!!!!!!! Can we make lighting look realistic for once? I hope they go back to the Burnout 3 formula as Burnout: Revenge was ok, but didnt flow as well as 3.

Back on topic; I went off Burnout 3 because I got to a section of the game where it just seemed like endless crashjunctions, and every little flaw with the system smacked 100 times harder when I'd done like 20 junctions in a row. With no option for any other types of races.

I just hope this one keeps the variety all the way through.

From what I recall, somebody from Criterion has said that the crashes are going to be less arcadey and more brutal/real. By extension I gathered that the over the top wreck fest that was BO4 is out.

Oh and anybody who thinks this looks like an xbox game hasn't played an xbox game in a while.
