omg, what the hell is going on, they produce these beautiful looking movies and pictures, then the closer the games come to release the worser they look :S

What's the betting these 5 shots are recalled or deemed to be a mistake. It looks blumming terrible!

lol the screenshot debate happens on yet another game i swear they should ban screenshots they always end up worse then what you see with your own eyes when playing and seeing videos.

Welcome to EA's world .... They are one of the best publishers in terms of doctoring their announcement screenshots. just sit down and watch the same thing happen to all their games, Skate, Burnout ....

Err, the videos looked better.

The outdoor parts look quite boring and dull, tbh. Indoor is ok-ish, but nothing spectacular.

I guess the trademark of this gen is that games look worse and worse the longer they're in development.

Looks good, but like all other games better in motion. That's one thing some people need to understand. This is the HD era after all. Until you see the animations and lighting in full effect you're probably not going to be very impressed by a bunch of stills.

Yeah synce is right, screenshots always sucks, what's best in HD it's a motion ;-)

the landscape looks great, but the those models look terrible

even with them being stills they dont look good at all...as someone said the character models looks very bad

If those videos that were released were in-game, then these screenshots look nothing like it. Those in-game graphics were just so damn impressive to see in motion. Or maybe EA even doctored their footage. Wouldn't be the first time, lol.

im just glad their visible and dont look like you pull them out your ass like most games. im still looking forward to the game, but that does look like some serious downgrade in graphics. aliasing is horrible, and overall it looks like theres more poly's and detail in the main characters then all the environments combined, which is kinda lame since there isnt many poly's or detail in the main characters to begin with.

still, i like the prospect of running through a game with a friend, especially one that is so geared towards co-op as this.

Pff.. this still looks good imo :\. Just gotta keep in mind it's from EA and then it looks good.

edit: I laugh at EA.. look at the last pic, the light looks SO photoshopped. Also the beam of light coming from the house is photoshopped on, it's pasted on a piece of house.

It looks okay, but it also seems to be downgrade week for EA...

Damn people its not about graphics its about the gameplay. If i was playing a game that looked like this and had very fun gameplay i would still love it. The character models look excellent I think but the enviorment doesnt look that great. But in motion wen u have a bunch of guys shooting at you I dont think you will have time to look at a still picture.

What I am worried about the most is the games story and voice acting. EA has made some very crappy games but have made some good games. Like battlefield, that was a fun game and was one of my favorite military shooters. But it lacked story big time and the only voice acting you hear in it is the normal "roger" or "ok". This game obviously will have voice acting and a story, and I know EA sucks at that. I just hope they can make this game good, but seeing that one trailer with them trying to be funny was kind of annoying. I just hope this game turns out good.

So this is the game that talks smack about Gears. Haha.

Two year old PC BF2 looks better than this, and 1.5 year old PDZ stomps this with one, pink-nailed girly hand.

im gonna be the first to say it. i think these are ps3 shots. the overall brightness, the lack of any half decent lighting, the low res textures, these are all signs of a ps3 game. that combines with the STUNNING trailers we've seen. i dont belive EA would downgrade to such an extent. so im gonna go on record and say their ps3 shots and the 360 version will look better then this in every way.
