Xbox 360 PS3

Ubidays is still going strong here with this very long presentation of Brotiher In Arms 3, graphically amazing. We will start with a 640x360 video covering the entire demo, and then a 720p video will follow with only the most impressive parts.
Update: 720p version added !

Sure they added nice details and all, but they have a lasting appeal of about 2seconds, like I already got used to breakable environment and slo-mo "cool detection" which is rather annoying after a while.

The core gameplay is what counts and judging form this video and playing 'Road To Hill 30', this game lacks an exciting core gameplay.

And that emotional team-mate stuff never works the way these devs want it to.
I actually WANTED to shoot my team in Road To Hill 30, lol.,
Just because they talked too much and I felt no emotional attachment to them anyway.

Not to mention even if they were killed, they came back the next level lol ¬_¬

The US mirror is offline until June 1st. At worst you'll have to wait until then. Do you have any idea how much a download server costs? *cries*
I hear you brother. Space is cheap, but bandwidth is a whole other animal. *comforting pat on back*

We do appreciate :)

Has Playsyde stopped with the .mp4 support? I thought blim (or someone) mentioned that the server can convert them automatically.

Having played Earned in Blood and Road to Hill 30, I see some massive improvements here that greatly enhance the gameplay. For example:

Now you can actually blow up sandbags with grenades! You could never kill the guys behind with the grenade, and it had really low splash damage in the previous games.

FINALLY, 3rd person cover. The game is so much about not getting hit, and this makes it better. I hate having to twitch in 1st person mode like in all FPSs to get the safe spot.

Destructible stuff! Picket fences and stables were completely undestructible in the previous games. It really felt like a turn-based RTS in the previous game, because you could never kill a guy behind cover, even with grenades. Now thats changed! :) :D

Is this presentation the PC version or the 360 version? Or is it PC up until the last bit (where he's up in the window looking down on the fountain)?

Anyway, looks cool. I don't know why no one seems to be able to get ragdoll half as good as Psi-Ops on Xbox/PS2, though.

Yep. The game is based on Operation Marketgarden, the lost battle for bridges across the Waal and Rhine in 1944. I guess this game will become a big seller in the Netherlands for this reason.

I thought this game looked gorgeous a year ago when they showed it off at E3 2006, but even off the screen in this video, it looks sooooooo much better. Hell's Highway has been on the top of my must-buy list from the day it was announced, after seeing this video, it's shot to the top; only Splinter Cell, GTA4 and Mass Effect are wanted more than this game by yours truly.

i thought that third person view was pretty cool. it enables players to use cover instead of having to hold the crouch button to hide behind cover in first person view. its also easier to give commands to your squad while you are hiding.

That was amazing. Great graphics and physics and alllot of little improvements. Earned In Blood played sluggishly for me on my xbox, so I hope this runs a little smoother, cuz i did see some slowdown. makes it harder to shoot. but i love the new cover system...and the graphics are beaauutiful.

Yeah the third person view for the cover system is always a good idea. you get to see how realistic your guy looks and moves, and makes shooting at people easier. this game is going to be unmatched for WW2 games. bring it on

Seems we are going through a bit of a drought on info on this game. It looked really promising, when it was making the rounds back in 2006 and got delayed. When is it coming out? 2007?
