EA Sports created the surprise today by announcing that the next Fifa, aptly named Fifa 08, would be released by the end of the year on PS3 and 360. Of course they promise a better AI, a new and realistic shooting system and lots of improvements, but for the moment we only have these first screens to get a better idea of the game.

pes was & is my favorit football game, but we must admit that pes6 for xbox360 was disseppointing last year, as the game was unfinished.
i have a feeling that this year it will be a great year of football gaming hopefully both ea & konami will deliver this year

For the record, 1st party titles actually from Sony are looking very strong in the line up, so in short, crawl back into the hole you came from.

Commented on 2007-06-07 17:42:40It happens to every console in it's first year..
Anyway the FIFA games are getting better and better...I hope this one turns out to be much better then 07. FIFA is more arcade based so most of the time I end up byuing them instead of PES..
I LIke 07 for the PS2, still play it with my friend....so I probably buy this one either.
