does indeed looks good tho, i know for a fact my mate is getting this so i'll have to steal it off him. consiering its similarities to max payne im expecting a very good yet very short experience that you possibly wont want to play more then once.

guys its just a beefed up mugshot,no way is the game models gonna have the sme deail with all the action on screen,itsjust no0t gonna happen,this gen is worse than the last gen for using this type of image

Well, Gears almost looked this good, looks like they removed/or added :S some AA though. but who cares, youre not gonna see him this upclose in game...and this is the generation of "looks better when moving" anyway.

Actually. It´s not banned.
It´s on the index, which just means it may not be advertised and not sold to minors. But every adult is of course allowed to buy and possess the movie. Banned are only games/movies that e.g. praise Nazi Germany or that to the mind of the authorities violate human dignity like Manhunt.
