The environment and lighting looks better than the beta, but the armor doesn't look right to me. Still it looks good. But I'm not blown away. Hopefully seeing it in motion will impress me more.

Too bad we don't get to see the scale of this place. From what you can tell when you look at this shot, and at the distant trees and mountains: It'll be huge, and very good looking, too. ^^

How can any of you say this looks better than the beta????? Chief looks the same as MP spartans and the tiny bit of world you can see shows nothing that looks that great. I agree that his armor doesnt look right, its like its dripping wet or covered in several layers of clearcoat, doesnt look like worn metal at all. We'll have to wait for soem proper shots to detrmne the level of visual fidelity in the campaign...

Lookin good.. shame that neither shot they've released of the campaign is really all that revealing though. I would agree that it's on par with the beta, but we can't really see the world behind him in any sort of detail.. this is just a taste of the real deal though. Can't wait for E3.

The clouds, the mountains, the level of detail in the foliage all certainly look better than the beta.. so I take that on par comment back. Too bad it's not zoomed out a bit so we could see a bit more of what's going on.

Some texture detail on MC's armour is lost. :( Looks very good overall.
