Sega released these images and a video of Sega Rally, showcasing the tropical environment of the game.

I really like the look of this. Can't wait to play a demo.
Reminds me of the first Sega Rally, and that's a good sign.

I dont know. To me , this game looks like a last gen arcade game. Very basic textures. Though the lighting seems decent and the deformation of the tracks adding to gameplay seems cool. Though, outside of Xbox Live, I am not sure how good this game will be.

Does look a little hit and miss in places BUT if it plays like Sega Rally did its still gonna be a must buy game. Hopefully the original can be unlocked or ends up on the market place for all 3 consoles.

I remember playing Sega Rally on DC with steering wheel and it was awesome, hope this one will also play the same

Somehow the game looks very artifically, almost like a "comic".
It has to be something about the lightning/textures/colors?

That's not bad - it looks like a Sega Rally game - i just hoped it would look more "real".

Looking forward to try the demo - maybe it looks more natural in motion on the HDTV.

It's deliberately "cartoony", they even said in the last video that they're using extra contrast colour and varied locations to have that fresh arcade Sega feel to it. Much like Outrun 2 and the original Sega Rally.
