I like skate way better than tony hawk. Skate is a bit more realistic.
Granted I like the idea of putting ramps 'n stuff anywhere and expanding the skate-abilty of a spot but its not enough to put me off Skate.
One thing I would like for Skate to borrow from the Hawk games is the ability to get off your board and reach places that would have been impossible if you were on your plank.
If you like a more realistic skateboarding game then Skate is for you.
If you like your skateboarding games arcadey then Tony Hawks is for you!
If you have muchos cash flow then buy both!
If you don't like skateboarding games then avoid both like the plague!
simple ^_^
the series is getting stale but still, that looks way more fun then the skate demo was.
yea, definitely this looks to arcady, prefer the realistic look and feel of skate!
thats what i personally dont like about it, its a little too realistic and stops being fun because of it.
To put it simply, Tony Hawk's killed skating games for me and skate brought me back in.
