Electronic Arts gives it all and releases screenshots of all their end-2007 games. There's some really good stuff here, and we begin with the very promising Battlefield : Bad Company.

Anyways, the 'main' Battlefield IP is one of multiplayer only, class based, with vehicles, crappy bots and horrible single player. MC was a 'real' Battlefield game, just not a very good one.
If anything, you should be upset that this is yet another game that takes an IP in a completely different direction, for the sake of sales alone (put a big name on a game). I think this one has lots of potential, but it will be very different from the 'real' Battlefield games.
Overkill kits with too many abilities that don't properly rely on a balanced team/squad to get the job done.. and if it follows in the footsteps of MC, the lack of squads and commanders in general. By combining existing kits from previous BF games they really made a mess of things.. even 2142 handled this loads better.

Well honestly, I think this game probably won't focus on MP much at all, based on what I've heard, I was surprised to hear it has MP at all.
Balance is so important for a MP game, but in SP it's not really an issue at all.
