Xbox 360 PS3

Codemasters finally released the first imags of Race Driver One, the follow-up of the excellent Toca games on last gen consoles. It certainly does look good, but I'll take these images with a grain of salt considering Codemasters' habit to use renders with the Toca series.

Perhaps, but this could have been rendered on a Dev-kit with high AA, perhaps not in game, but still using in game assets.

A bit of AA isn't guna change the look of the graphics.

I think for proof of their non ingameness you need look no further than the pre release screen shots of old toca games, and even the first shots of colin mcrae.

you can see poly edges and jaggies, so its not cgi, also the whole look is the same as DiRT, so it should look the same, only more jaggies

Yeah you can, you output at a much higher resolution than the native display of the game, then downsize it in Photoshop: voila, AA has been added. Polyphony do this with most of their GT shots.
