Wow. I hope that thundercloud in the 4th image shoots some lightning on the horizon. Minor yes, but this game is so friggin beautiful.

Not trolling here, but I think the graphics are all but impressive.
It seems they aren't to keen on pushing the system at all.
Look at the previous motogp and you will barely see any major step up.
Ok, everythings look a bit sharper and snappier, but that's about it.
No awesome effects to make the game more realistic and immersive.
It's a bit of an uninspired effort if you ask me...
Gameplay is pretty good, but only if you fully commit yourself to this game and play online.
This is not a game to pick up now and then imo.

I agree, they're not pushing the system at all. But it's beautiful anyway, IMO.

Anyone who has played the demo knows how good this looks, IMO these images dont make any justice to the game as it looks way better when I play it.

I played the demo and thought it looked great. I especially like the clouds in that last picture. Anyways, can't wait to pick this up.

For your information, I played the demo plenty of times and I don't think it looks considerably better when you play it, and yes I played it on an hdtv at 720p.

Jolli this game looks great have you played the demo? Haha as I look at these screens they are terrible and hardly do the game any justice there are much better screens all over especially on this site.

The game when your playing it looks better than this. There are many nice effects going on this game by the way I've posted a whole host of em in the forums before. For example everything casting a softshadow even the spokes on the bikes.

Then there's something wrong with your setup, or maybe you have higher hopes than us.

Maybe, or maybe you are easily pleased...

If you're whining about the graphics then you probably haven't played the XBL demo. I didn't even get a chance to notice the graphics because I was having so much fun just wiping out and doing donuts. I couldn't stop laughing. Plus when you're going at 200mph it's hard to notice jaggies or whatever it is you're complaining about.

You will then see that I'm not referring to jaggies etc. at all, and you will also see that I've played the motoGP demo numerous times...

My point is, apparently it looks good enough to satisfy most people here, but I don't think they put any real effort in to this game to make it the really awesome game it could be.
It's like topsport, you want to give it the best you can, have people talk about your achievement all the time, simply make a difference!
The people behind motoGP don't appear to have that mentality and just deliver an slighly upgraded version of the previous motogp.
But, apparantly, that's enough to justify the 60 euro's pricetag for most people, so I guess that's fine...

Yeah, that looks better than the screens. I guess I need to download the demo tonight so I can see it on my HDTV.

the demo is so good this is now a must buy for me. The city level is better looking than pgr3. I shit you not lol it really is. Where pgr3 has barriers where it sort of blocks your view of your environment. In moto gp its like your racing right threw the middle. And it looks amazing. In the demo thier where noticible clipping and texture thrashing here and thier and every so often the framerate would drop alot. I expect it wont do this in retail though.

edit: oh and its a giant leap above last gen.

I totally agree. And I also played the demo and was not very impressed. I think as usual people are buying into the hype surrounding a game and letting it affect their view. Despite how the devs talked this game up it's looking only a tad bit better than previous versions and seems to play the same as well.

Ive Been waiting for this game for a while, ive seen alot of gameplay trailer and it looks sweet. can,t wait to pick this up next week and ill be testing it out online.

id say thats more than a tad.

The game is quite cool except for the horrible controls(maybe im just bad at playing it i dunno) but when your used to the quality standard of pgr 3 its hard to be impressed by this game.
