Ninja Gaiden 2 demo video

You may already know it or not, but the full video of Microsoft Pres Conference last week is now available on the Marketplace, and in HD. I will of course capture everything that's worth watching, but it will take a bit of time. So while waiting for the videos here are some captures of the demo of Ninja Gaiden 2 done by the game's directory. It's important to mention that the game runs at 60 fps and the video at 30, so 2 images are blended together into one with not so good results most of the time. So I've selected the one that looks the least bad, I guess.

Am I the only one who thinks this demo should be marketplace during the real TGS?
Seriouly, I didn't see any bugs or anything faulty.
All the parts that should have been cut is cut :P
Blood looks nice, animation is great, menu works great...etc.
It would be a miracle if they announce a demo during TGS or very soon.
I know long shot, but from this demo it looked playable :)
ah well, maybe I am too greedy :P

I rather say Devil May Cry or God of War, more to DMC.
Anyway all the games, God of War, NG and DMC are all my favorites in 3rd person action games.

Holy crap that looks fantastic. Not quite sure what the people were expecting by complaining that the game is more of the same from the first one. I mean, the combat was pretty much perfect, its about refining the gameplay now, and they are doing that by allowing for easier weapon changes.

the game is beta as evident from shadowing shutdowns, some texture needs polish and some environmental gfx lacking
the fighting is the best i ever saw anywhere

It's early yet, but the lighting seems a bit flat. And as someone else already stated, the shadowing is sporadic (sometimes Ryu has a shadow, sometimes he doesn't).
You'd think they'd be further along... didn't they start development right after the Xbox game?

No they didn't. I believe they stated that ´they'll be working on NG 2 right after DOAX 2. Don't know exactly but it was way later than DOA 4 was out.

"Brutal" i think someone mentioned, that sums it up pretty damn well.
Did you see the amount of environmental destruction too! The action is borderline a kickass martial art anime.
Im so pleased with the design of the enemies this time round, with NG i was kinda disappointed some of the boss's designs were just laughable, but this one at the end is actually very intimidating!!
Seriously I can't wait, im more hyped to play this than Halo 3 now SERIOUSLY!!!

The early DMC4 footage looked much more... accomplished at a similar stage of development. The shadowing was there. Loads of geometry and particles.

anyone else depressed that it took humans 'next-gen' to get some "real-time weapon change?"
on a side note: NG2 reminds me of like if HS wasn't a complete ripoff of God of War, but with a chick so no one would notice. Which game will be better out of these two? HS or NG2? I assume NG2. I'm really into God of War. I hear mixed things of HS.

Do ninjas in the future no longer cast shadows? The lighting in general looks pretty bad.
