Namco-Bandai send us these images of the levels for the first spin-off in the Soul Calibur series, which is called Soul Calibur Legends for the Nintendo Wii. Available early 2008, it is an adventure and action videogame which can be played either solo or with the help of a few mates.

I've kinda ignored this series since the original, but SC4 really hyped me up for it again. Looking forward to this spin-off much more than that Guilty Gear garbage.

Well Galaxy is pretty much one of the best looking games period, so I hardly think that's an excuse.
The game is Gauntlet-esque though, so it'll prolly be more about having tons of enemies on screen than having environments look spiffy. Even Ninja Gaiden's surroundings are very scarce.
And lastly, it's a fighting game franchice spinoff/cashin, it would prolly look tame anywhere.

Wow, this looks really half-arsed graphically...
We have already seen examples of how good Wii games can look so there's no excuse for this.
Bet Wii owners will be pretty pissed as well considering they get this while 360 and PS3 owners get SC4. :/
