Those are REALLY bad shots. I've imported the game (minna no golf 5) and it has really great graphics. The water has really nice reflections normally, and coupled with the HDR effects usually looks amazing.
The game does have a fair amount of aliasing, but the overall impression is usually much better.
Anyways, it's easily the best golf game this gen (in both graphics and gameplay, by miles)

yes , the jp game does run on a european PS3 , but I can't guaranty whether or not you will be able to join the european servers ,after it has been released over here .. chances are you can only play against jpn players , if you buy the jp version
