Monster Madness first screens
2008-01-16 11:04:10 by Kudgel
This morning I decided to please you (haha) with the first screens of the videogame Monster Madness: Extreme in preparation on the Playstation 3. Awaited this spring, this production is best described as a "comedy-horror arcade shooter". It is a remake of Monster Madness: Battle For Suburbia launched on PC and Xbox 360 in 2007. Some of the new features include up to four players coop either online of offline plus 25 new challenges for this mode.

Why, god, why!!? This travesty of a game does not warrant a port to the ps3 or to any other format for that matter. Hrimtur, don't be fooled. This game is equal to buying excrement in a dvd-case.

hey, it's that game I got for 8 bucks! I havn't opened it, but this gives me some incentive... I thought PS3 got it already, they were planning initially I thought. Thats pretty sad, they are remaking it.

I hated this. The frickin' hype about this before the launch of the 360 was so useless. (at least, I felt it as a hype)

Erm, I haven't bought this but I'm pretty sure that it had this in the original game as well, even the xbox site mentions it.

Reminds me of the first comment that sprung to mind when I saw that Capcom were porting Lost Planet to PS3.
"why bother?"

I loved the initial pics on the net for the 360 version as it reminded me of `Zombies Ate My Neighbours`, but 4 minutes with the demo sealed the fact that a purchase would be something I wouldn`t do.

nevertheless its not that bad, you can dump it if you want to play it alone, but on coop its worth a look, especially if you got some beer with you (or better wodka)...
Nontheless i would rent it before buying it, as i said, singleplayer is just plain bad.

The 360 game wasn't THAT bad, but it wasn't all that great either. Some of the bosses were insanely difficult cause of the camera angles and wacky controls, but overall it was actually an entertaining party game. The 360 didn't have 4-player co-op Online (unless there was a patch that i'm not aware of), and really makes me interested in the PS3 version.
