Alone in the Dark trailer

Atari and Eden Studios released this brand new trailer of Alone In The Dark, showing quite a few gameplay sequences and looking quite nice. Maybe finally a return to glory for this ancient series?

WOW, that looks stunning. Very nice physics, lights/shadows, weapons etc.
They implement some nice ideas, when this plays good it will be a big hit!
From what I've seen so far I'm really excited to see more, and perhaps play a demo!

looks stunning, i saw lots of ideas i really liked in there aswell
reminds me of farenheit. im unfamiliar with alone in the dark games since ive never played one before, but if its anything like farenhiet as it looks in this video then its a sure buy for me.
looks kinda like survival/horror/puzzel/adventure...

Hm, in older AITD games the gameplay was always a bit lame, that's right. But I think this one looks just good. Some animations are a bit stiff, but well, the ideas they show in that trailer are so cool, that I don't mind for the animations.

This looks fun. Loved the different styles when you have to solve problems and not just kill things that move.
Graphics are stunning and another positiv thing is that we didn't see alot of the skyscrapers in this trailer which can promise a longetive game. I just love the atmosphere which can be unique just for this game as the atmosphere did for BioShock.

Loved the original, on of the first '3D' games i'd played... right from the very first puzzle at the start where you push the wardrobe over the trapdoor! :D

yeah, I like the story of Alan wake more.Alone in the dark seems to have a lot of weird alien creatures in the game while Alan wake seems to have a lot of mysterious people and ghosts involved.

I loved the first 2 games (i bought the two at release hyped by the reviews on teli), btw the statue reminds me of AITD2, not the same shape, but hey it tilts. :)
This one, i don't really know if i'll buy, gotta play the demo, but i dig the inventory !
