Namco-Bandai continues to expand its family type of videogames with the announcement of Family Jockey on the Nintendo Wii. It's a production set in the racing genre with characters governing animal mounts - mainly horses, but also lions, cows and giraffes. The different tracks will have power-ups to help you cross the finishing line first. No european release date was communicated.

Hmm a new trend for the Wii. Titles with the word "family" in them = sure hits.
Family Mortal Kombat, Family Alone in the Dark and Family Biohazard would be my first bets. Ooh and Family Primal Rage.
But the ponies, unicorns and zebras sure are cute. Did you know the Zebra is a more distant cousin to the native north american horse than humans are to chimps? Now where's that banana...

well if this isnt the epitome of what nintendo has become then i dont know what is. and whats worse is that this will outsell all the decent games 10:1. ninteno is destroying the industry thanks to the wii.
