Xbox 360

Recently, canadian developer Silicon Knights has put online a new batch of screens for Too Human in preparation exclusively for the Xbox 360. Even after all the bad mouthing, and I know some people almost blacklisted Denis Dyack, the quality is there.
Update: added one trailer
Update 2: And a second one, rather good looking too!

interesting you should say that. Silicon Knights is responsible for the LoD expansion should my memory serves me correctly. Eitherway, im excited for this title.
Really? Thought that it was one of the best expansion packs for a game ever! The cool new stuff it added still draws me back in from time to time.

People who think that this kind of gameplay is very boring but those people probably never played d2. This kind of game is highly addicting, if only to find sets and stuff. d2 is basically nothing more than clicking on your enemy until he dies but it still makes one of the best games ever.

Not impressed, the animations in battle for this game are still terrible somthing you would of seen in the PS1 games not in this age of gaming. Shame it could of been a good game but it looks like a generic hack and clash now

It looks generic because it's animation isn't that great...despite being a dungeon crawler?

Are you sure you don't think it looks generic because it's not anime?

Looks pretty good, don't like the enemy design, but the caracter design looks really good, they really need to get the core Diablo gameplay right though and that is simply not possible to tell without playing it.

the gameplay looks pretty rubbish really. or at least the combat looks rubbish, animation wise it just looks terrible, but the art style, customisation and story intrigue me. whether it intriques me enough to buy the game is another thing entirely....need a demo to decide.

I personally think the gameplay looks great. Maybe not in theory but like someone said, the Diablo games involved just clicking on an enemy until they eventually died but that was blimming fun and addictive.

Loved finding all sorts of items in Diablo and I expect the same here. Plus, 4 player co-op is gonna be beasty.

As apposed to showing no pop in with ME videos and then being disappointed because the whole game had pop in everywhere.

Show it how it is if you ask me, then at least I know what to expect from the final build.

100 % agree.

As for Too Human, the concept is great...the execution a bit less. The story and RPG elements look great and there appears to be a lot and diverse environments, atleast...from what I've understood.

Graphics are a mixed bag, sometimes the scenery is beautiful, but the ugly character and (UE3?) plastic shiney look really hurts this game visually.
Art-wise it's up and down as well. I think the character and enemy design often looks dull, as do some elements of the environments. Then other times, there's some truly outstanding scenery to admire.

Gameplay wise, it's also a mixed bag. The camera's a bit clunky/awkward now and then, definitely not as smooth and intuïtive as initially advertised. The combat looks like it could be fun, definitely some cool stuff in there. But the animations are truly awful (Seriously, what's up with that!?) and the impact when fighting/striking/shooting lacks some proper "oomph". The shakey camera with added depth of field does help in that regard though, they really need to make more and better use of that.

Glad to see the game's finally shaping up performance wise. Some slowdowns here and there (mainly noticable when the camera moves quickly), but it's getting there...

What kind of RPG style is this ? Is it like Mass Effect ? I hope it's not like one of those Japan RPG's where you pause and pick attack or retreat...LOL. The game looks very promising though. If it's not Japan RPG like i will defiantly be getting this.

Are people blind? this game doesn't look all that amazing, especially in these trailers

Screenshots look better than the trailers.. This could be because the screenshots have the camera more upclose, whereas in actual gameplay they are really far away from the character, why do this? they should learn from the screenshot the closer camera works, because that is what they are using for the screenshots and makes the game look even better

The game would've looked better with a gears of war or RE4 style camera angle in my opinion.

I do like the armour though, customisable armors rock

Clunky animations? Debatable gameplay? No UE3 graphics? In all honesty, it doesn't matter how this game is going to turn out in the end. I was sold by the story and cinematic execution, long long ago. Just hearing the developers talk about videogames as the 'ultimate artform' makes me look forward to this.
