Namco has released a new bunch of images and artworks from Soul Calibur IV, to be released this summer on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. The characters presented this week are Kilik, Lizardman & Xianghua.

Looks great... though I'm getting a little sick of bloom or whatever it is called where the highlights are blurry and blown to white.

man the only person i wanna play with is nightmare but siegfried was my second favorite because he was nightmare, i wonder how i'll feel about playing nightmare now seeing as hes not controlling that a human host and is pure evil. man that guy sounded so awesome in japanese. as far as the extra characters i wish they wouldve kept it old school and left that feature alone with the second soulcalibur, it seems so foolish to me.

Kilik's hand in second picture looks like mine when I've had too much coffee for one day.
And Maxi looks like a damn junkie.

Well, that's about all critisism I have, besides the breasts in this game.
I don't mind Ivy's rack, but Takis breasts are ALL OVER THE DAMN PLACE when she does fast animations.

Damn veins...

Umm.. thats quite normal.. your muscles need blood, so they get bigger when you use your muscles. Also keep in mind that trained people have less bodyfat to cover the veins and bigger muscles that need to be fed.

Only thing that bothers me is the expression of every female. It's like they're dead inside, especially when you look at their eyes.

Big, blue veins look odd on Kilik though. They'd be more suitable on someone pale like Voldo.

Really though, it's not going to matter one tiny bit while playing.

I can't really stand DOA or VF, so I'm definitely looking forward to this!

Kilik and Lizardman look great to me, but Xianghua's face in some of those shots looks freaky.

is it just me or do taki, tira, and xianghua all look alike now?

Since when did a brawler like this make any sense? You can have any character in SoulCaliber/Tekken/VF and DoA and it wouldn't change a thing.

Screens look hot. Seems like the graphics and engine is vastly improved during the last months. Good stuff.
