The release of Gran Turismo 5: Prologue is finally in just a few weeks, so Sony released a new batch of images, all looking as good as always. You can always count on Polyphony for the visuals, but I sure would like to know why it always takes them months to localize a racing game.
Update: Looks like the wait is actually justified since Sony announced that compared to the Japanese released our own GT5P will have a lot more cars, one more track, split-screen, tuning, drift mode and more. Nice!

The car models are, as ever in GT, the best you see in any games.
When is the release date for the full game? Any announcements allready? Something 2009? Man, that's too long...

Commented on 2008-03-07 23:13:18 In reply to Vonhammerremember this is an updated version of the japanese game that was finished at liepzeg, so it's possible the PD have used full spe on cell to render the effects separate to the GPU.
anyway it's still the best race graphics on any system, and I can't wait.
