Namco has released some new images of Afro Samurai, which will be released this fall on Xbox 360 and Playstation. The game is based on the manga series with the same name, while a TV series was aired in both US and Japan last year.

Graphically it looks pretty good. Shame they couldn't release a sequel to the series at the same time the game is released, that way it would create a buzz.
Now I feel like this one had missed it's chance.
They actually announced another season of Afro Samurai. Extremely well animated show with great fights. Storyline is weak though, but who cares.

you seriously have no idea do you? Afro Samurai is created by Takashi Okazaki from Japanese anime studio GONZO. The cost of each episode is estimated at one million dollars! This is far from a /wannabe anime, this is real deal with all bells and whistles!
Then please take away the word "wannabe" in my post =], well maybe I'm not used to watching anime with english speaking characters.
The art style is frikking amazing!!! Seriously is probably favourite since 360 came out, definately got my eye on this now, let's hope it plays as good as it looks.
