Infinite Undiscovery images and date

Square-Enix announced today the world simultaneous release of Infinite Undiscovery on September 2, and released these three new images to hype us a bit for the new trailer that should be released tomorrow. Let's just up that the "world" also includes Europe and not just Japan and the US.
Update: Added 5 more images. Square-Enix also announced the release date for Europe: September 5! What a nice surprise :)

well, definitely still seems like jap devs cant make good use of current gen graphics, because that trailer looked horribly dated, shoddy models, poor texturing, and last gen animation.

Aside from some of the textures which did look pretty bad, I did not see anything else you mentioned to be the case. Last gen animation? looked fine to me, as well as the models. Maybe your computer is having problems playing the trailer. Like someone said they saw screen tearing and I did not see that at all.

In any case, I don't see many devs outside of Japan do much better in graphics. Even the big name titles like Oblivion and Mass Effect had some pretty big issues that really took away from the game in terms of inconsistent graphics quality. ME had great char models, but its biggest flaw was terrible terrible environment models. A few planets looked great the rest was #!@ garbage.

You're are wasting your breath, I think some people are just put off by Japanese art style and they will make any old excuse to validate their dislike of something.

English dub is quite bad but hopefully they add jpn voice acting as well o/. The game reminds me of FFXII, which is not bad thing. I played that over 160 hours :)

I think it's time I returned to JRPGs.

Last one I played was Final Fantasy 9, which still remains one of my best ever played games. Not sure whether I finished it though ... Too long ago to remember.

Anyway, this could very well be the game in which I return to JRPGs.

Some scenes look like dog poop, while others look great. The animations and voice overs look and sound horrible, but the gameplay looks fun. I have mix feelings about this game. I'll wait to see more.

That's one of the reasons I've supported the Xbox more than any of the other systems since it was released. They actually treat Europe like we matter, where as.. Well, where's Smash Brothers again, Nintendo?
