Our prayers have been answered, and Beyond Good & Evil 2 has been announced. The trailer is uploading, but here are some images first.
Update: Teaser trailer is up. CG of course.
Update 2: The teaser is supposed to be done with the game's engine. Incredible if true.

Yah, I am a bit concerned about this. But for now I'll wait and see with that and instead bathe in tears of joy. I'm sure Ancel and team won't let me down.

by looking at the trailer for couple of times, this could be done in-game, those mountains are really good optical illusions actually , Pigs detail is awesome , but it's not ower the top.
I say this will be in-game and even better :)

I really liked that trailer. And yeah it doesn't look clean enough to be a CG, but then again there was nothing really going on other than one character moving and a panning camera so I wouldn't say that this is a "system taxing" scene. When we see some actual gameplay vids with action going on then that may be another story.

that looks beautiful, perfect classic sci-fi style, great visuals, exciting pig character!

I played the first one, but didnt finish it, I for one think if it ends up looking like this that I'll be very happy.

Holy Crap!!! Seriously, I think I just pooped in my pants a little bit. BG&E is one of my favorite games of all time. I am assuming this will be multi-platform? Oh hell, I don't care, I'll buy a PS3 just for this if I have to!

omg looks great, I always wanted 2 play the original but got sidetracked by other games every time I had a chance 2 get it. I hope they ad it 2 xbox originals I would download it in a heart beat just to warrant getting the sequal.

I believe this is made with ingame content.. The detail on the pig's head is incredible, but the rest is not that special imho and shows it could well be ingame..
