As promised, Capcom released during its Captivate '08 a brand new trailer of Resident Evil 5. A dark, gloomy and violent video that smells fear and sweating, making the wait for this highly anticipated game even harder than before. We can't wait for a demo.
Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (> 3 Months ago)

Commented on 2008-06-01 12:13:20As far as my understanding goes this parasite is what the T virus is based off in the first place so there should be a possibility for the 2 strains to come in contact at some stage, it would at least make 4 feel more of part of the same series rather than a complete different beast with the odd similar character.
Really lookin forward to 5 aswell, just i REALLY miss the old decaying zombies and the horror involved with them....theres something about 4 and 5 that just makes it feel like a lower rating version of the res evil the core fans remember.
Also, with the advent of ninja gaiden 2 i wonder if they would consider adding in the ability to shoot out their legs or blow them in half like in the old res evil 2 demo that came with res evil 1 directors cut. There was nothing more satisfying than blowing a zombie clean in 2 and havin the legs walk off on their own and the torso still come after you...

This just looks absolutely phenomenal. Capcom has set the bar again.
Commented on 2008-06-01 15:13:27 In reply to hotkirbythe new re series(4 is just a hole different game) relies more on the feeling of being trapt and hunted all the time so you never feel save.
ánd the moment where I met that sniffin' blind freak again, accompanied by some family, when I realised that it wasn't a boss fight, the first time I met that guy: at that moment, I felt totally helpless..!
Now that was one of the most awesome gaming moments ever for me..! :D
(PS: my english is not to good)

They should be saying "current-gen."
Though.... I think it stems from the fact that the graphical leap from the Xbox/PS2 to the Xbox360/PS3 wasn't nearly as amazing as from the PS1/N64 to the PS3/Xbox, which causes people to say "next-gen" as a testament to a game's graphical prowess.

Commented on 2008-06-02 22:15:53 In reply to MrStabby6Im sure it will still be a good game, but why not just have zombies...
I'm hoping it makes more sense now than in RE:4, otherwise at least we have amazing graphics to look forward to and more classic RE (BH) action/story.
Commented on 2008-06-02 22:26:43 In reply to ZerbyNow as far as zombies go, I know people easily associate zombies with slow moving dead things, but by now I know most of us can see them moving faster and evolving so to speak... Like 28 Days/Weeks Later for a great example, since this is the BioHazard series makes all the sense in the world regardless if it is Resident Evil over in the states.
As for my last post I wanted to add that if they (Capcom) would have said the paraite thing was some creature that escaped or what not from an Umbrella station/experiment and infected those people I would have dug it more, but as I remember it it was there long before Umbrella, no? Which is lame.
