This game looks insane. I'm super curious about it. I guess I better get some Mass Effect out of the way if I want to give this a go and get warmed up for such a time wasting venture.
I just hope there will be mods for the PC version. Really. Oblivion is good unmodded and truly great with the correct mods. I mean...i guess i hope the game will be awesome without modding it, but i expect the worst.
I dunno why I have high hopes for this game, I guess it's 'cos Bethesda are making it.
Oblivion took so many hours out of my life, but I certainly wouldn't want those hours back because it was such a great game - one of the best of this generation in my opinion.
I fully expect Fallout 3 to do the same and if it turns out to be better than Oblivion, i'll be ecstatic.

Oblivion was super for like 150 hours or so, then i understood how horribly stupid the system was and stopped playing. I picked it up later with mods to fix all the stupid stuff and it was great once again. That's my basic view of the game. But a game that holds 150 hours of fun even when it's played in stupid mode is a great game i suppose.

I read that there is a mission where you can nuke a city early in the game, but when you stroll through there you will miss out on all the missions because everyone is dead. It's nice you get a choice and repercussions for your choices.

I wouldn't base your opinion of the game on a few low res screenshots. If you look back to Oblivion, then you'll notice it looked pretty dreadful in a lot of the shots as well.
But yes, I'd also expect the storytelling in the game to be better than Oblivions. Let's just hope they hire more than three voice over guys :p
