Thank's Driftwood for noticing these new multiplayer images of Gears of War 2, released by Microsoft and Epic as they led the american press get a grasp on the game last week.

no, im just saying those screens look terrible, hell, im not the only one with that view. its blatantly obvious, just click on the images and see for your self.
Even MGS4 looked terrible in a lot of shots. When are you guys going to realise you can't judge games by a few screenshots? I can't think of ANY next gen game, that didn't turn out to look a lot better in motion, than it did in shots like these.

but who said i was judging the game as a whole on screenshots. these shots have been released for publicity purposes. and thats all im basing my opinion on. i've seen the footage on the UT3 disc, not on youtube, on the actual disc running on a 360. and it looks fine. but when devs release screenshots like these, they're bound to be critisized. and thats all im doing. this hasnt been posted by gamersyde to talk about the game as a whole. the forums are for that, its been posted to "show off" these images. the images suck, i stated that. and thats all there is too it. some people here just took it as some sort of personal attack like i just stabbed their mother or something.

i "troll" games i dont like, system doesnt come into it. i couldnt care less what you think about a game, so why should anyone care less what i think about a game. if i think a game looks good, i'll say i think it looks good, if i think a game looks crap, i'll say i think it looks crap. it just so happens some of the game i dont like the look of are 360 titles. so what. its not some personal vendetta against the system. its just my preferance in games. people seem to think if you own a 360 you HAVE to masturbate over gears of war and halo...but i dont enjoy those games. i love the likes of mass effect, bioshock, crackdown and dead rising. i mean, i HATE gran tourismo and final fantasy, i guess that means i have a personal vendetta against the ps3 as well eh? yeah right
people have got to stop acting like games are anything more then entertainment, they're not your children, or your wife...someone saying they dont like a title isnt the same as punching your child across the face. its an opinion. and its mine. gears of war is a great game, the sales alone prove that. but *I* dont like it. deal with it
