Age of Empires 3 is for PC so of course it's going to look great on good PC. Last time I checked there wasn't Age of Empires 3 for 360. That comparison is a bit useless then.
360 just doesn't have enough power to render that image quality. It's still going to look good and I am kinda interested to see how it plays.

Age of Empires isn't an Xbox 360 game. Those are most likely bullshots, and Isomac is totally right. This is a useless comparison. There are very few console games that even approach the image quality represented here. I'm sure it will look great, but it's pretty damn unlikely that it will really be that crisp when you see actual framebuffer grabs.
Most 360 games don't exceed 4XAA, those screenshots do.
