Visually, very nice. Gameplay wise... i'm just hoping it'll pull through and not get boring (such as Sonic the Hedgehog 360 ver.)

Hopefully we can just put the other games behind us. The last game featured a cutscene with Sonic running with some human princess in his arms as if he was her knight in shining armor (ughh). It looked really weird; Sonic's character design would be right at home in a Pokemon like world with human characters that looked more like humans in the Pokemon cartoon series. Instead the princess and Sonic looked as if they were in the wrong game with each other. Picture Blue Dragon characters in a game like Final Fantasy XIII and you'll see my point. I think Sonic will finally get back to his 2D roots with the new flare of the current gen's graphics.

Shockingly, we were right about the game all along. The Werehog segments completely kill whatever good this game may have done.

GriftGFX Maybe.. it's different for pre-loaded stuff too. (6 Hours ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer @GriftGFX: well Dragon age extracted is suppose to be arround 20 gigs but the download was only 8 gigs or 15 gigs...procedure might be different for newer games (6 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX 45 minutes for this game would have to be like... 3+ megabytes per second. My Comcast can't do that. (7 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX My FFOW DL is almost 12.9 gigs and like 95% done. (7 Hours ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX Steam appears to download extracted and installed, there's no install process once you finish downloading a game. (7 Hours ago)
  • Doom_Bringer
Doom_Bringer D2D file right now is 9.2 GB's. I think it was less when I was downloading it (now its extracted) I am pretty sure Steam works the same way. 12 gb is probably the extracted size :P (7 Hours ago)
