This has ben a hard day for Xbox gamers, but here are a few very nice news so we do not finish the day in a bad mood.
First of all Phantagram annouced today that Microsoft will publish Kingdom Under Fire: The crusades on all territories. The game will be released this automn and will be playable on Xbox Live.
And even better is what Computer & Videogames revealed today. Half Life 2 is already running on the Xbox. And even better, it should be one of the prettiest games on the console. Imagine graphics on Unreal 2 (PC version) level, with all the Half Life 2 gimmicks, and smooth framerate. Valve will announce more about this version when they will be done with some negatiations with Microsoft.
@GriftGFX: Both games in my eyes had spotty combat. I played W3 for its story and life. As for Skyrim, the vanilla version of the game felt bland without the mods. (1 Hour ago)
And I think the gameplay that is there is pretty janky and pretty shallow. (1 Hour ago)
I get that you think Skyrim is crap, but The Witcher 3 aint "a good version of Skyrim" because they have totally different goals. TW3 doesn't even attempt half the systems that Skyrim does. (1 Hour ago)
@KORNdog: Nah, that's *really* not all there is to it. You're comparing a broken apple with a poorly designed orange. (2 Hours ago)
It’s gameplay is objectively worse. As are it’s quests, narrative and lore. Skyrim was shit. (2 Hours ago)
@GriftGFX: ones broken, one isn’t. That’s all there really is to it. For all your whining about shit combat in Witcher, i don’t really see how you could possibly give elders scrolls a pass? (2 Hours ago)
"The updated GameWorks SDK, coming soon, includes ray-traced area shadows and ray-traced glossy reflections.". and this is what they say will be in a game this year. Not full, pure, 100% raytracer. (3 Hours ago)
