That looks drawn to me.... no real shadows and the shading on the exhausts looks strange... kinda like a painting.

The art director of Crackdown said it's not cell shading (and doesn't like it when people call it that) but a more complicated and more cpu/gpu intensive technique. What it was I don't remember, but it's not just simple cell shading.

looks good. too bad it seems to take at least 4 months on any 360 game to even get siplest patch done and making it available to people. So this is propably not coming anytime soon (whatever it is).

well what ever the art director says it is,its simply cell shading,it looks same as other cell shaded games so i think he must have just wanted to seem original.

but whatever he called it it still lookd very graphically impre4ssive eitrher way and i loved the game,i think the content is alittle late though for many unless its free

there will be free content, at least to fill up the missing 100 achievement points of crackdown.

i really like the buggies (i can only see 4 of them), may there be an enhancement in multiplayer so up to 4 people can play coop??
the buggies all have different colored "wings", so crackdown may just get new multiplayer modes (like 4-player races, but no coop for up to 4 players).

well u never know with microsoft do ya if things will be free,epic made some content due for release anyday now and they waned to make it free but micorsoft are putting a 500point price on it,i think that the marketplace is being turn into a gian screwing machine as of late,taking as much money as they can,i think they should lower the cost of points or retail cost of points

@Ramiuk: Microsoft promised that if a game dosnt have the full 1000 gamepoints..like crackdown..the last points to achive should b in a free downloadable content

Loving the buggies. I Hope this is hinting to 4 player co-op. I'd rather have that, than races.

that's true. Condemned for example only had 970 GP.

But they already commited that Crackdown will come with free DLC to reach the final 1000 GP. The buggies may be in an additional DLC release that costs, but the content to achieve the missing 100 GP is said to be free.

Indeed, one of the staff from oxm has hinted that Crackdown could do an oblivion and get an extra 250 points after the free 100 have come out
