Page 1 2 >>It run out of oil on the test drive and the engine siezed :/
I handed back the keys and said, ''thanks, but no thanks''!
Nice car. If I hadn't played the demo yet, I'd say "WOW htis game looks even better than PGR 3!"
Cause the cars themselves look amazing in the screenshots... but then again in the garage in pgr3 they looked sheerly amazing beyond believe as well lol... If they can get the environmental rendering up this will rock...
Hey remember its 40$
But seriously, no Brera? That's the sexiest Alfa money can buy!
Graphics are there to complement gameplay and bring the gamelife, but they arent self-purpose for games.
thinks of buying wii...
I hope for the best and expect the worst. The demo was bold and pretty decent but technically flawed. Made me feel their engine would be better used in a game like Oblivion.
guy above: if you think Alfa Romeo is David Romero then buy some car mags :D
US: $29
Europe: €69
That is 3 times the price it will be in the US, is is simply creazy to do somthing like that!
*except LEBATO that is :P
Nah actually sharp "shapes" mean there isn't enough triangles to describe the shape. It's not about AA but their modeling style and allowed polycount for each car. It's low, certainly less round than the PGR3 cars, but like you said they do serve their purpose so I suppose it's okay... I'm a car modeler and I notice those little things, I suspect average consumers won't notice* :)
*except LEBATO that is :P
BUT I agree that graphics are _important_, they just aint the MOST important thing on the list.
I know that with 360 they could do better, but for me those models are quite good and serve their purpose. http://images.xboxyde.com/gallery/public/3778/783_... - this in motion, it will look great. What I am more concerned that they'll have it all balanced out, that it is FUN to play.
LOL OH CRAP... hehe for a still they sure did miss a bug... 3rd image... look at the top right of the driver seat lol... seems the leather got ripped or something ;)
I hope this Alfa car fixes all of those problems.
I loooooveee Alfas.
