yeah, pretty bad. most black characters in Japanese produced games are over the top with stereotypes.

It's a stereotype of a black pimp but it's not racist. You see it in films all the time, the loud over the top black pimp wearing all the get up. Doesn't mean it's racist.
Looks like a spin off of Bayonetta which I didn't like all that much.
