Really don't mind the futuristic stuff. Just a way to get more players who may have overlooked the series altogether otherwise (without turning the IP into a crappy looking shooter - I'm looking at you, Space Marine). So long as it still plays to the expectations of the Anno series, and makes improvements on every system, as is expected in any proper sequel, it should be all good. And if at the same time, Related Designs, can capture more fans to the Anno series, who will stick around for future games not set in the future (see what I did there), then it's win-win at the end of the day.
Umm 2070? DId they think that title thru? At least thats what it means in Japanese, so I cant stop laughing... Man, I couldnt watch it due to the bad infomercial VO... Well, other than raving rabbits which was decent,but with flaws, I have still yet to figure out why ubi is still in business?
