there are so many other games out there that deserve a sequel much more than this.

Looks alright, but the first one sucked so hard it's difficult to take the sequel serious.

I don't understand why this even got greenlit, the original must have sold pretty well in spite of it's overall poor quality. This does not look much better thus far and I have to agree with jmd749 there are so many games more worthy of a new installment...

I enjoyed the game, it was a decent co-op game and I'm glad they have the chance to fix what was broken with this game

As a gamer I can't understand why this game 'deserves' a sequel. But, Army of Two sold very well. So not so difficult to understand why there 'will' be a sequel. I just hope that EA will keep their promise to provide sequels for Dead Space and Mirror's Edge.
It looks better than the first in this trailer, but trailers remain trailers.

As a gamer you should know that this game is really fun played with another person helping you. I enjoyed (much more than RE5) the co-op factor so much I that I've never played the single player and never will. But since you probably don't have the game, that why you probably don't understand.

Also look at the sales of the games you mentioned, Mirror's Edge barely passed 1 million copies on 3 platforms, Dead Space the same, but Army of Two sold around 2 million copies on 2 platforms.

Which one did you thought EA was going to give the green light first?

I did own Army of Two, so don't make such assumptions to discredit me. I did play the game singleplayer and co-op. The game just isn't good enough for me. Reviews are just reviews, but still:

I did state that it is easy to understand why it is given the green light by EA. So I don't understand your last question, as the answer was already in my previous post.

EA did state that they will support sequels to Dead Space and Mirror's Edge before these games were released. That is why I said that I hope EA will keep their promise because I think those two games deserve a sequel despite of lower sales.

I am glad that you enjoyed Army of Two. But there is no need for a personal attack because you don't agree with my opinion.

I actually had fun with the first one too (although I didn't and wouldn't have paid full price for it) but I'm not sure what you're getting at there.. the game was basically a modern day rip of Gears of War, even if it did do certain things better.

asdfg I liked Geoffs speech. For once something actually felt real at the otherwise so corporate TGA. (7 minutes ago)

KORNdog @Moonwalker: as i said, they're friends. not just "we see each other once ever 5 years at an award show" "friends". but actual friends. things were obviously going to be personal. (1 Hour ago)

Moonwalker @KORNdog: Nothing with calling the company out but we had that last year already. And showing Hideo respect is cool but I thought this was way too much. (1 Hour ago)

KORNdog back to geoff though, i honestly appreciated seeing some emotion come from those cold, dead mountain dew sponsored eyes. the guy is a lifeless husk most of the time. (1 Hour ago)

KORNdog "Dreamfall Chapters will launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One both physically and digitally for $29.99 / €29,99 / £24,99 via publisher Deep Silver on March 24, 2017" finally! (2 Hours ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog @Moonwalker: i think they've been friends for years. when you have a stage, why not use it to call out a company and their BS? (2 Hours ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker @Tiz: Agreed. (2 Hours ago)
