Avatar is your "personal character" in the movie humans are ported into the bodies of these aliens and use them as there "avatars" so to speak... some shit like that anyway

If you don't know shit about something, I suggest you first look it up or just not talk about it. Avatars come from Hinduism. Gods that descent to earth in different incarnations. And it's kinda retarded to change a game's name if it's a moviegame. They might as well change the movie's name also.
