Mmm, really looking forward to the movie. As for the game, I think I'll wait for some reviews at least.

Might be a good movie game. We'll see.

I really hope there is more to the gameplay than they've shown, because everything I've seen seems run-of-the-mill...

If you don't know shit about something, I suggest you first look it up or just not talk about it. Avatars come from Hinduism. Gods that descent to earth in different incarnations. And it's kinda retarded to change a game's name if it's a moviegame. They might as well change the movie's name also.

^^ did not know that, thank you :)

Yeah, but by the look of his own avatar, I think he's used to that practice ;-)

Please stop embarrassing yourself and learn to work the mystical energy known as google before typing...thank you.

Anyway both the game and movie (mainly the movie at this point) have potential but Cameron's movies are a mixed bag for me. Still, when he has tackled projects in the SF genre so far he has yet to screw up...

What's up?

Sdarts The Witcher games - and books - aren't perfect, but nothing is. For what they are and what they have accomplished, I thank both the author and the developers from the bottom of my heart. (1 Hour ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts And it ran for years under the radar of almost everyone before the anime, then it suddenly became an enourmous worldwide success. In a way, the same happened with The Witcher books and the games. (1 Hour ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts @Megido: Just because certain works aren't very popular doesn't mean that they aren't great. Take for example Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan), the manga is even better than the anime. (1 Hour ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts @GriftGFX: English. And also listened to them in English. Same with Game of Thrones' books. (1 Hour ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts Although the games' writing isn't at the same level as the books', it's still far, far, far vastly better than 99% of the writing in games, movies, TV shows and books. CD Projekt RED did an epic job. (1 Hour ago)
  • GriftGFX
GriftGFX @Sdarts: Cool.. what language did you read them in? (1 Hour ago)
  • Sdarts
Sdarts @GriftGFX: From someone who read and even listened to all The Witcher books before playing the games. The books are on par with The Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, and Harry Potter books imho. (1 Hour ago)
