Really looking forward to this one. Played a lot of Bad Company and now playing BF1943. DICE know how to make a fun online game. The smoke looks awesome!
I know that game developers are known for doctoring images from time to time, but judging from these images, the character models rival even the ones from Killzone2 and Modern Warfare2. Maybe Killzone2 was a bad example. The models never really impressed me, but the enviroments were nice. There's alot going on in Modern Warfare2, even in the multiplayer gameplay. I need to see more of this game's enviroments before I give it the thumbs up. It looks nothing like the first game's style.

Bad company was pretty fun for a while so I'm sure this will be as good if not better. Graphics look a lot better but I doubt we'll see that much AA in the console versions. Would be nice though.
I'll look forward to trying this out next Spring (I'm a sucker for games with great destruction physics like this), but it's going to take a lot to pull me away from COD6.

If we're going to make up a number for the new Call of Duty, let's just forget about everything Treyarch ever made and call it COD4.

But the games not out till MARCH
They're also focusing alot more on vehicles. I wish they could make it so that the vehicles didnt work unless atleast 2 people were in them.. or atleast have that as an option for some servers/game modes. Its so annoying when a game starts and everybody rushes to take a vehicle leaving one person in each and the rest of us on foot.

Yeah, drives me nuts too, especially when I chasing behind them and they just keep going :( Of course, with a team of good players who understand not to bunch up and do some friggin' flanking- it is amazingly awesome...
i hope it isnt as clunky (and short and boring) as the first one. it set up a good foundation to build upon, but so far i'm just seeing more of the same....and even more grain filter.

Well if you like shallow and numbed down gameplay like BF:BC1 go ahead...
I've also played Arma2 it's a great game, just very unstable and buggy even after the recent patch...
So I'll go for Operation Flashpoint 2 and go for some serious fun...
i bought the game because of the hype. OFP1 was awesome. so were the Arma series, but this game. this game just sucks big time. the graphics are a complete joke, the devs dont respond to a SINGLE post on their forums, the MP barley works, tons of bugs, no dedicated servers, only P2P, days after release the servers had to be shutdown
the list goes on and on and on. plenty of people feel ripped off and want our money back. the BBB gives codemasters a D, thats one away from an F.
although theyre british, so that doesnt mean much, but it speaks for itself
