Kind of funny, this is the first genre i can think of that really benefits from the wiimote. Well, maybe rail shooters like Virtua cop too, but light guns have been around for ages.

Seriously, where the hell are the real games? You say microsoft is greedy? Atleast they make games for gamers, not old farts and toddlers. Nintendo needs to start catering towards actual gamers if they wanna remain in good standing with the true fans, that is to say fans who are saddened by the crap their pulling, not fans who blindly follow.

Why would they give two shits about the hardcore gamers? The casual market gives much more revenue. Every other housewife, school kid thats not a nerd and their freaking grandmothers think that the wii is the funniest thing ever. If i were to design a game today, i'd totally do it PopCap style. Sell it cheap over the internet, any crap pc can play it and BAM, a shit game like zuma makes me a millionaire.
