As a huge fan of BL1 Im quite dissapointed with the second game. Not enough loot, way to much walking from point A to B, no memorable characters etc. Its missing something that mad me play for hours and hours and never had enough. Not a bad game at all but I was expecting something much more exciting.

i'm enjoying this way more personally. the character actually HAVE character this time around. quests have context, not just a billboard that gives you disconected fetch quests. loot is better, more variety in the guns and their propperties, more varied enemies. there IS a lot of travelling, but that's what the fast travel is for imo. love the customisation too, even if it is limited and you rarely get head (kinky). hell, even claptrap is likable, which i didn't think was possible after the first game.

Good i wasn't wasted 60 bucks for this then. Shouldn't take too long for GOTY edition announcement - i can wait. :)

Probably going to wait for that too, I'll be busy with all the singleplayer titles arriving soon.

19$ for the game and 10$ for the season pass. Mother Russia and their shaddy serial key stores rock.

always found the dlc better than what was in the actual game first time round (more personality and variety) this will probably be the same. Pretty sure i'll wait for the GOTY edition again.. makes sense

@Geralto. Imo Tiny Tina is one of the most memorable characters ive ever encountered in a video game.I wish games had more like Tina....BD2 is pretty badass.

I only got 20hrs into BL1. Got a corrupted save in the first and then never felt the need to replay. Also the online was broken as hell. I've put almost 150hrs into BL2.

Never played the first Borderlands but i'm loving Borderlands 2. I bought it for $30 so I think i'll probably invest in the season pass. It's a fun game to play for an hour here and there and not have to worry about the story. The comedy , guns and characters carry the game but the gameplay and co-op mechanics are the true heroes.

Sath @Megido: I thought you meant disc install data LOL Yes downloading full games like Infamous 2, borderlands...etc. off PSN takes ALOT of times. i just leave it on and use laptop or something. (24 minutes ago)
  • KORNdog
KORNdog i never really witness it. i download games "which then auto install" overnight. i can imagine it being quite annoying if you're watching the bar fill though. (38 minutes ago)
  • Megido
Megido @KORNdog: still shouldn't take 70 freaking minutes to decompress 12 gigs worth of downloaded game tbh. (1 Hour ago)

  • Megido
Megido @KORNdog: not exaggerating, it took that long. I got it off of PSN though, so it's not from a disc. (1 Hour ago)
