Looks excellent and a notable step up visually from the superb Call of Duty 2 on the 360. As long as Treyarch have stuck to Infinity Ward's proven template (and from the looks of the videos I've seen, they have as the game seems to be using a refined version of the old engine with the same aiming and health system) then it should be very good indeed.

While it does look a little better than the last outing, I keep having thoughts of PC gaming coming to mind. This is, by no means, a masterpiece graphically. I would love to see them use an update of the Source engine for one of these games and get some physics involved. It would be great, especially online, if you could use the physics of the environment to kill your enemies. Vehicles will definitely add to the excitement though.

The lighting does look greatly improved now, i will say. Especially in the first three shots.

I played the game, the screenshots don't do the game any good. It looks much better in motion. The only complaint I had were some really low res textures of some objects (some trees, some small stone walls etc.) But well, I played a beta version.

As for the gameplay, I was only able to play the singleplayer, but actually quite a lot of the singleplayer. The difficulty of the game is much higher, there's chaos everywhere and it's extremely fun to play. I'm really lookin forward to this game.

The people who attended Gamespots 'After Hours' event seem to think Call of Duty 3 was game of the show; they really enjoyed and it , and as XSamu stated they said it looks much better in motion.

I think it will be a great sequel, but I'm eager to see more from Brothers in Arms.

Looking good. Now just lose the horrendous jaggies and we have a winner.

COD3 is looking very pretty - I'm not convinced it will be better than COD2 though.

It's still looking great. We'll see if it kicks the ass of CoD2 that was a fantastic game. It needs a lot, but it's possible.

@candyman and JoRu: Don't know 'bout the multi-player part, but as for the single-player part, I'm 90% sure it'll be better then COD2. It played amazingly well, it was just fantastic.

That's good XSamu, because I don't have XBL Gold at the moment, I gotta get it soon, but if I don't. I'll have the Single-Player part, and I hope that's enough. But I must test the online-mode too...

About the game

aphex187 @Moonwalker: yeah but I guess it would of cost them too much to show extra scenes in the city I suppose, would if been great seeing people getting eaten in sunset blvd :D (6 minutes ago)
  • Sath
Sath Fucking game breaking bug, i even re-downloaded the game to make sure all data files is properly downloaded and all that, but nothing. I cant finish the story. Had to force myself to start B2 *sigh* (13 minutes ago)
  • Sath
Sath Played Borderlands pre-sequel for days and hours to lvl 25...near the end almost for main story, freezes within 10mins of gameplay no matter what i do. Ps4 version :'( (14 minutes ago)
  • Moonwalker
Moonwalker Yeah i agree. i dig the setting too. I just disliked when in that one episode they had skipped several weeks later, so we missed out on some no doubt interesting and cool scenes. (2 Hours ago)

    aphex187 *young J Depp* (4 Hours ago)
  • aphex187
aphex187 instead of that boring old countryside we have become accustomed to on TWD. Didn't realise that Nick was from London, has a you J. Depp/River Phoenix feel about him. (4 Hours ago)
  • aphex187
aphex187 @Sdarts @Moon I loved it, certain scenes were a bit so so (leaving the gate open at the end, zombie horde let out) but it was great to see how it all began and also to have an urban environment (4 Hours ago)
