Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is not out and we didn't lose any time to record some gameplay footage of the single player campaign running on Playstation 5 with ray tracing activated (though oddly enough, the main character has no refection when he faces a window). We'll start with the first mission, but we'll have 2 more videos as soon as they're done encoding.

This looks great, it reminds a lot of the first black ops campaign which i loved. Reviews seem pretty good but with so many games launching now i think i ll wait until it goes on sale. I really wish there was an option to buy just the cod campaigns separately.

The game looks amazing. That CG animation is top quality. Like AndreasZ94 said, too many games to play atm. Funny thing is that Twitch is so full of people playing the new consoles, new games and old games, that even though I follow only about 10 or so streamers/groups, I'm constantly seeing a lot of people I recognize any time I tune in.

Will be very interesting to see the NPDs for the month of November and the Twitch stats. I bet they will have breaked a few records. Still trying to imagine all of this crazyness + Cyberpunk 2077 if it hadn't been delayed. Already it's:

- Assassin's Creed: Valhalla,
- Watch Dogs: Legion,
- Spider-Man: Miles Morales,
- Demon's Souls,
- Yakuza 7,
- Devil May Cry 5,
- Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War,
- Destiny 2: Beyond Light,
- Genshin Impact v1.1,
- Astro's Playroom,
- Bugsnax,
- Dirt 5, etc.

Next week is Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and MortalKombat 11 Ultimate, to name a few. Now I', also imagining if covid hadn't happened and so many games got delayed, what kind of hell we would have gotten with 20-30 more games. At least we don't need social life anymore, covid took care of that... Still, so many games, never enough time.

Honestly so much about this is just incredibly off putting and even for what it's trying to recreate/the vibe it's aiming for, -laughably nonsensical. The audio too is..., kind of painfully bad. Jack Wall supposedly did the soundtrack, but it's, just, incredibly mediocre from what I can hear. Dunno. Not impressed. It looks fairly good, I guess. But otherwise, campaign seems like a loss to me, though it does seem it tries a few new things, for COD.

There's 2 video types, 4k/Raytracing and 4K? Does it have 2 modes?

There are even 3. Ray tracing on, ray tracing off and 120 fps mode.
