Press Release :
IRVINE, CALIFORNIA - MARCH 1, 2011 - Atlus U.S.A., Inc. today revealed a Summer 2011 North American release for Catherine, a game in which "falling for a girl" is meant literally, for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system and Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.
"Catherine is an unprecedented exploration of the pleasures and horrors of love," commented Aram Jabbari, Manager of PR and Sales at Atlus. "As Vincent, a man recently succumbed to the irresistible beauty of the game's titular diversion, players find themselves swept into a treacherous love triangle. Catherine's core themes-those of free will, of the delicate nature of relationships and the choices we make within them, marry perfectly with the intense, terror-filled gameplay that serves to accurately reflect Vincent's growing sense of anxiety. It is an experience wholly unlike any to come before it, and is certain to leave gamers talking and thinking about Vincent's tribulations long after the credits have rolled."
Catherine is currently scheduled to release in Summer 2011 for PlayStation 3 system and Xbox 360 system. The game's official website, <06b9>http://www.catherinethegame.com,06b9> will launch soon, offering more details and media. Fans who want to get their hands on more of Catherine's goods should keep an eye out for exciting extras. More to come!
@aphex187: Exactly man. I would be very ok if they go this way from now on, but they want because they simply just can't all be R-rated. (3 Hours ago)
@Moonwalker: These R-rated super hero movies is what the genre needed and Logan is a testament to that! FOTY so far for me. (3 Hours ago)
I spent way too much time reading about Amiga mods tonight. (3 Hours ago)
@Sdarts: Yup. Oh and I can't forget to mention how dark it is, and that story, real nice. The dynamic between Jackman and Stewart was superb too. (12 Hours ago)
@Moonwalker: I'm glad you enjoyed it. And yes, Wolverine in the comics was always bloody, savage and ruthless. Something the previous movies never did, probably to stay PG-13 - suitable for teens. (12 Hours ago)
@digi_matrix: Looking very forward to it. But no spoilers please. Now I know I will most likely cry at the end. (Which is never a bad thing.) (12 Hours ago)
@droezelke: No problem, in games like Edith Finch what's most important is story, characters and world settings. It's like movies or a very short TV show/mini series, gameplay isn't as important. (12 Hours ago)
