I love flight games, more specifically the AC series but I am not really convinced by this, the zoomed out view mode just seems strange and the fact that it allows your plane to be more maneuverable is really grating.
It is looking nice, handling looks ok (I haven't played it though), the HUD is clean and sharp but the Tom Clancy like story (I think he is boring) and this maneuverability feature which is trimmed only to look cool (like most recent Ubi games tbh) will probalby break it for me.
I foretell that they won't touch AC with this.
But competition is always good. Namco will have to put a bit more effort into AC to stay ahead and maybe cut the crap with their ripp off DLC.
Also for those that forget Ubi already confirmed in-cockpit view, its just not how they are designing the game to be played.
oh god, give it a rest! the camera is different yet, but dont diss it until youve actually played it im so tired of people putting games down before they play them, ubi's a rockstar lately with very solid games, i can only play that graw comes and sees a big boost in graphics like their recent games... i mean HAWX looks spectacular...

That tank in screen 4 looks like s***. I guess that's the price we have to pay for 60 fps.
Afaik (haven’t played for some time now) this tank looks better than the ones in AC6.
If what we saw in the trailers is all there is (physics wise), i'll not even consider it.
I wish game devs would stop being Hollywood and start treating gamers with respect, as intelligent people who can grasp a complex and challenging game, instead of constantly simplifying everything down to "press x to warp to enemy plane and auto-kill".
And this is why i still prefer RTS & city-builder games on the PC. They challenge you, they dont insult your intelligence with tutorials on how to do mouse-clicks.

won’t let the game appeal to me.
In the assistance mode the aids are too much (I don’t know whether you can deactivate these) and in assistance off it is pure style garbage, no accurate control whatsoever just some random maneuvers until they get a lock on…
The devs have gotten the whole idea completele arse backwards, you should have to use a freaking cockpit view when you are not using any amateur pilot assistance or at least be able to use that view with the assistance turned off. I don't care if it makes the game harder and more requiring in skill to shoot down enemies but I am afraid the whole game is broken because enemy planes will also be able to "cheat" in the same way so you are basically forced into this mechanic. Plus how the hell are you supposed to score accurately with the vulcan from that zoomed out crap...ah well, rant over.
Especcialy that annoying alarm of an incoming missile. Demo would idd be nice
