You're right, the golem guy looks cel shaded as well, you can see the polygons on his raised hand/arm. That is the same pic in the other scans that you really couldn't tell if it was ingame or just artwork. Its deffiently possible to be ingame now, impressive.
Hopefully none of these game will have turn based fighting like FF. Well this game wont for sure because you have a big bogul. Lost odyssey will be kinda weird, how will you lose? Blue Dragon, how will you fight, will it be realtime fighting with your shadows, or what?

I think of them all, only Blue Dragon will have traditional turn based combat which I'm fine with, but if it has random battles, which i hate with a passion, I will stear way clear. Is it really so hard to have the enemies on screen so you can avoid a battle if you really want to(like Tales of Symphonia)?
Both Lost Odyssey and Blue Dragon will have turn based combat, but apparantly not your standard fare, meaning there may be parts where you will need to control something or input the right commands etc...
