Crytek finally released the GDC trailer for Crysis, still off-screen and without sound, but in a very good quality. The game itself is PC only right now, but the graphics engine is supposed to be used in next-gen console games. Do I really have to write anything about how many asses this video kicks?
Update: Direct-feed 720p version with sound added.

I wonder what kindof hardware is needed for this (I will get it!!!)?

how is this direct feed?
Yes, its possible, but there would be alot lost in translation.. Alot.
the coming Next-gen multi-core PCs are gonna put the 360 and Ps3 to shame.. what you see there is just the start.

the only part of ESIV on PC, graphically at least, that's any better is like .5% better texture quality

when i play the 360 version i can see even feel the poor thing struggle oftenly.. Poor little soul having trouble living up to the hype surrounding it. :(
But I would not bother with a $10K DX9 rig. DX10 GPUs will be more robust in regards to shader power, features, and effeciency. There are things that currently take 6 passes in DX9 hardware that DX10 hardware can do in a single pass.
I am excited for DX10 refresh GPUs (avoid the first run like the plague!) and DX10+1 GPUs.
I'm running a athlon x2 4200+, I've overclocked the core clock to a stable 2.6 1 gig of corsair, platinum el rev 2 ram, ati x1900xtx, I downloaded a torrent copy of elder scrolls and I own the 360 version and I play my 360 and use my pc on the same 21 inch dell p1130 monitor don't give me this nonsense about the pc version looking and running a while lot better "like night and day" That is bull I have both versions and the 360 version runs flawlessly i've yet to run into fps problems and the far off hill distance looks equal on both the 360 and the pc you could possibly argue for the 360 being the better looking of the 2 due to the HDR being used.
You are speaking about your pc running it better when your PC version of elder isn't even using the more stressful HDR graphical effect and yet the 360 version is using it and runs the game flawlessly. Only performance pauses I've seen are the brief loading screens which take place for 1 second.
Don't give me this nonsense about the 360 having trouble living up to the hype surrounding it. Now I don't even believe you have the game lol what you said was complete and utter bull the 360 runs it flawlessly and I've ran it right here on my pc and the pc version does not have better graphics or runs WAYY better (if that was the case HDR would be in there)
Heck, the PC performed so poorly with the advanced shadowing system they had to remove the ENTIRE shadowing engine from the versions (something the 360 would have been great at with the extra shaders and double-Z). PC ports are always hit or miss. CoD2 performs great on the Xbox 360 (much better than comparably priced PC GPUs... it knocks the teeth in on a $299 GPU) while Quake 4 sputters. Not all ports are (a) well designed for the 360 or (b) have a lot of "tender loving care".
Fact is Oblivion runs well enough on the 360 and has some graphical features (HDR + AA at the same time) which the PC version cannot do (because HDR performance on PC GPUs sucks and has a huge performance hit and adding in the extra AA hit it would kill any current PC GPU). So there are tradeoffs, but unless you have a $500 GPU your not getting anything better than the 360.
No one is argueing every 360 game looks great or is even a good game, but almost EVERY post of yours is, "The hardware sucks". Not much dialogue there.
gattiman got it right, it's useless comparing gameconsoles with PC's.. The PC will always look better, but it will cost you 'at least' 4 times more money.. Only advantage gameconsoles have is their price..
Saying that most of the 'very little' Japanese-based games ive seen run flawlessy.. obviously they have different priorities and skills.
