Trailer Xbox 360

Whereas we still hope to see soon some innovative titles exploiting Kinect, THQ is about to launch another dancing game on February 15th. Dance Paradise seems rather banal, even though it uses avatars to display dancers on screen and it will include 40 varied tracks with their original video clips. Trailer and images after the click.

maybe its just a game to expand the 360 library beyond its perceived fps heavy catalog? Looks colorful, my kids would like it.

I like the music video idea, and the song selection is perfect for my tastes. But Dance Central fails at my apartment (6-10ft of space is impossible). I'm afraid this will too.

Really? So the hardcore Kinect exclusives Project Draco, Rise Of Nightmares, Haunt, Codename D (probably called Diabolical Pitch), Steel Battalion: Heavy Armour, Star Wars, the rumoured Kinect Gears game Gears Of War: Exile and the Kinect/regular Xbox 360 exclusive Forza 4 along with the regular Xbox 360 exclusives like Kingdoms, Gears Of War 3 and X-Com have all been cancelled and Microsoft won't reveal any new hardcore games at E3? I must have missed that announcement...

Those Kinect games like Rise of Nightmares are not hardcore games. They are still just like the Harry Potter game i.e a really bad version of House of the Dead and they are only being called "hardcore" because your Mom, Gran and 6 year old sister more then likely won't play it. In that case Leisure Suit Larry is a hardcore game.

Well you're a pathetic Sony fanboy so I wouldn't expect you to say a good word about Kinect, instead you just post FUD. The facts are that the Kinect parts of Harry Potter were quickly tacked on and can't be compared to full Kinect games that will be at least 2 years in development when they're released. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if all the other launch games were better than the Kinect parts of Harry Potter so why would future games, especially ones made by one of Sega's Japanese teams like Rise Of Nightmares, be as bad as Harry Potter? The Kinect hacks on the PC have already shown Kinect's potential and even then they're most likely just a fraction of its potential since most of them are just made by single people rather than professional game development studios. They already have World Of Warcraft, Black & White and various FPS games controlled perfectly well by Kinect. Are those game just like the Kinect parts of Harry Potter? Kinect is already a HUGE success so just get over it.
