The OST is plain horrible IMO, its basically Assassins Creed+Kane&Lynch music into another game. Jesper Kyd made no effort whatsoever to go outside his AC element.

Anyways, awesome game.

Loved the first game but for some reason i have zero interest in this sequel.

It must be just you then because pretty much everyone is saying is awesome, I love it aswell.

Because the music sounds exactly like AC OSTs and some of the tracks are good. Jesper kyd didnt change the music style for Darksiders 2 to make it unique and different and to fit the fantasy world like Castlevania LoS or Lair or God of War...etc.

Ah well, I had 1% faith in music anyways so i am not worked up for it being sucky.
Once i beat the game and unlock Cruciable Mode I will use custom music.

I’m 2.5 hours into it so far, and I’d say this game is pretty fun. Not game of the year material, but if you’re looking for a good time pass, this is it. And I’m playing PC port with keyboard/mouse which honestly sucks...

So that video above, Death Combat Styles runs at 60fps and it shows in the video also. Is that footage running on consoles or PC?

The game is great, love the designs, there are some tech issues, but I have no regrets buying it.
But my save file got corrupted (It won't load) I have to do all that over again.... arrrgh

Too glitchy, will wait for the bargain bin when that bullshit gets patched.

those are the worse type of glitches and it only has to happen once before you start multi saving in all your games like an obsessive mofo.
I remember getting 70% complete through batman and my save fucking up. I was going collection crazy in it with all the riddler stuff too. Still havent gone back to it..i think a few years have gone now, maybe its time to forgive and forget

Great game. I'm not a big fan of loot-o-ramas, but still loving it. I'm about 8hrs in and I'd say that I'm like 15-20% done. I'm a min-maxer, so your mileage may vary.

I have noticed some bugs, like bad collision, polygons disappearing and of course the cascading shadows popping. Nothing major (so far), but I can't help but think if they hadn't insisted on making the game some sort of 30 hr epic magnum opus, it would be less buggy.

Also, there are a ton of bullshit moments with mini-bosses, too. Some of them feel like shelf moments, until you realize you can walk away and come back more powerful.

Either way, the best game I've played all year.
