Page 1 2 >>who is the first chick. seems new.
Well, not the best choice for the colors of Ayanes (why puke-green?) pants and top combo, but her face is eeeeepic and beautiful. :)
I really don't like DaA girls. They look like sex dolls a ronery sarary man humps in his 2x2 apartment.
Yeah i kinda agree though, but a lot of games suffer from the same problem. All the women look teh same because if you put any kind of character traits in heir face they don't look like super models anymore and we can't fucking have that, now can we?
Then agian, it's no secret that DoA caters to horny and ronery japanese boys :P
The appearance that this game suffers from that you're talking about, is that this game tries to get as close to natural anatomy as they can. Since video games are incapable they come across as real dolls.
You agreed with the person who made the initial statement/joke right?
Other than their odd faces I think the anatomy is pretty damned close.
Nothing? faces are still stylized but the bodies are perfectly sculpted representations of female bodies.
I wouldn't buy a collectors edition just for some costumes.
Err...no. No they are not. Proportions, skin folds/creases an details are all wrong. They are not eve close to photorealistic and you could get way closer on current console hardware. If you think this is close to real, please look up some female anatomy references, cause i'm assuming you don't actualy own any books on the subject.
I'm not going to expect wrinkles or creases in the skin because the technology isn't there to animate those things.
2. Nobody in the Delta squad looked nothing like human in terms of anatomy, but they look awesome and the game kicks ass.
3. These chicks are ninjas and assassins with big boobs in a bikini and all speak Japanese. They fly like they're on the Moon and some even teleport. Why does the human anatomy in particular so perfect in that context?
4. If you want a fighting game with real female human body in photorealistic look, then go get a copy of Bikini Karate Babes.
Shoulders appear where they should, elbows, hips, knees, wrists, fingers, hands, feet

These charaters look like stylized humans, they are in no way, shape or form realistic though. They look like plastic dolls, not becasue of technical klimits but because that's the aeshetiuc of the game.
Though i do think itäs somewhat boring to look at. But that's just my opinion, if you like it that's fine. Just don't call it realistic.
To me it seems every girl has gotten the eyes of some movie- or rockstar. They all seem totally different from their former looks, but their eyes see so familiar ... weird
I'm guessing that these characters are at least a heador two too tall, which kinda screws everything else up as well. Normal is something like 7 heads tall, i'm guessing these chicks are at least 8 heads tall. If you use proper human anatomy people tend to think the characters look stocky and dumpy. That aside i think muscle definition, placement and fat placement is seriously lacking in these tube-armed figurines. Again, i'm not sying it looks bad becasue of that, just that it's not at all realistic.
