Now that the demo of Dead Rising is finally available, Capcom also wants to see what's happening AFTER it's over. These images show a few boss fights, and some "interesting" camera angles too :)
I downloaded Dead Rising Demo, but have a problem:
after selecting "Start Demo" in the screen where you can see all the zombies walking towards the mall, the demo starts loading. And while loading i get a message like "Can't read that disc"!!!
Did anyone have the same problem??? what should i do?
I had no problem like that in the demo and I don't know anyone about anyone from the forum I usually post on, having the same problem. But then again, most of those guys don't have the demo yet, since it doesn't show up on every account.

Thats as big as the area is :( I was hoping it would be bigger. Well in the exit by the bathroom it says you need a tunnel key. So could it be bigger? Im not sure if the link you gave shows the tunnel too. Everyone should go to the Xs on the link that slab provides right before 7:00pm on your watch cause the demos ends there. All of the Xs in the link shows cutscenes and when the time reaches 7 pm. Favorite weapon is boomerang. Watch out not to end the demo too early, for yourself.

Clear the cache :)
I just deleted the game from the harddrive and downloaded it again.
After the third time it is now working properly.
The support told me this could have been caused because of the high download traffic from the server 'cause the demo's new.

btw, i prefer the katana, it's the coolest weapon in the demo i think
Game seems great, but controls were kinda strange. X = attack and rt or lt is aim. Why not lt aim, rt shoot and x camera. Also you couldn't move while aiming which is kinda stupid. I hope you can change controls in final version.

Okay, it took me about 8 hours to download this demo (it must be extremely popular because earlier I downloaded the N3 demo in under an hour), and let me say it was all worth it! I immediately sent a message to all my friends to play this game.
The only problem is that the demo doesn't have a boss at the end. You have about 3 (or maybe more) ways to finish the demo, but it always ends in a cliffhanger. And what cliffhangers these are! The story seems very interesting. In fact it's been a while since a game captivated me like this. And it's really fun. I spent about an hour just exploring a small section of the mall, trying out every weapon, taking pictures, dressing up, etc. Awesome stuff

I doubt it's related to the demo. You may have a problem with the hard drive. Try saving some games on it and such, or call Microsoft and they'll help out.

i was playing ncaa 07 fine earlier it was saving and loading off of it, and also i was playing ninety nine nights and saints row, and lost planet demo, so its not the hard drive.
